The spring recipe - Couscous salad

I love light meals in spring and summer. This salad is easy to make and incredibly delicious.
Try it!

You need:
couscous
water
tomato paste
fresh cherry tomatoes
zucchine
parsley
olive oil
lemon
chilli (dried)
salt (sea salt)

1. First, you wash the couscous.
Then you cook the couscous in water. You can add salt inside the water, but I prefer to put salt on it after.

2. Meanwhile, you can fry the zucchine a bit in olive oil.

3. After that, you must wait until everything is colder.

4. The couscous you must mix with tomato paste and lemon juice. It should not be too liquid. In addition, the couscous should turn reddish. Now cut parsley small and add them. Cut the cocktail tomatoes in half and add.
Mix it all.

5. Spice up with olive oil, chilli, salt and optionally again lemon juice and tomato paste.
